Shipping Cost

We offer all customers FREE shipping as a complimentary for ordering in our store. We want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.

Processing Times

Orders are processed 24-48 hours upon receipt. Note that we do not process orders on weekends and holidays. 

Standard Shipping Times

Within Metro Manila: 2-4 business days

Outside Metro Manila: 4-7 business days

Unexpected Delays

In some cases delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times above. External factors may cause shipping delays, such as international customs processing and holidays, which are beyond our control. Please contact us on our email (support@essentials-mnl.com) if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
